Simple tour or one hotel bookings are at no cost to you. Complex custom trip retainers start at $500 per trip. In exchange for the retainer you will receive the following services:

• Ongoing consultation and advice
• Custom itinerary to meet your specific needs
• Adjustments to the itinerary to match your desired experience and budget
• Packing suggestions, Instagram-worthy spots, and the best restaurant and bar recs (We can help book your reservations too!)
• Final itinerary – a printed or app version outlining your day-by-day of your schedule including addresses, confirmation numbers, and 24/7 contacts

This depends on the complexity of itinerary and time of request, but we strive to have initial itineraries for review within a week of our initial “talk.”
